Opening Doors to the Arts is an offering of BMC’s Metro Boston Recovery Learning Community and the National Alliance on Mental Illness peer support network of NAMI Greater Boston.
We secure free and reduced price tickets to concerts, theater, conference and events, circus and the occasional sporting event for people with mental health and/or addictions (peers).
Peers can email info@OpeningDoorsToTheArts.org to learn more and get added to the email distribution list.
Visit our website call 781-642-0368 to reach director Howard Trachtman for more information.

- Boston Symphony Orchestra
- SpeakEasy Stage Company
- Christmas Revels
- Wheelock Family Theater
- Lyric Stage Company
People really enjoy the program as they get to connect to other individuals. We frequently go out to eat as a group before or after a show and sometimes the program has money to pay for the meal.
